Handcrafted to order: Each rug is made especially for your space, based on the custom dimensions, materials, and design you choose.
Processing time: Once your order is confirmed, our artisans begin crafting your rug. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for production.
Quality check: Every rug undergoes a final inspection to ensure it meets our high standards before it ships.

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production is complete.

International Delivery (if offered)
Shipping duration depends on the destination country and carrier.
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your rug is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

COD may be available within select regions.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
