We have made it simple. You can either use our Online Customizer to modify existing designs (changing shape, size, and color) or use our Bespoke Service to create a completely new design from scratch. Just enter your specifications, and our artisans will hand-craft the piece to match your vision.
Yes. We want you to be 100% confident in your choice. For custom orders, our tool provides a real-time visualization. For Bespoke orders, our design team will provide a digital rendering or mockup of your design for your approval before we begin the production process.
Since every rug is handcrafted specifically for you, quality takes a little time. Our standard production-to-delivery timeline is typically 10–14 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your rug leaves our workshop so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Absolutely. We design our rugs for real life. Most of our materials are selected to be “washing friendly,” durable, and stain-resistant. Whether you have pets, kids, or high-traffic areas, we provide specific care instructions to help you keep your rug looking fresh and new for years.
Because our rugs are custom-made specifically for your unique requirements, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind.” However, we stand behind our quality. If your rug arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it immediately free of charge.
